Broker Phebe Kim began her journey in the mortgage industry in 2000 as a loan processor and eventually started building up her clientele list as a loan officer. Due to her clients seeking advice and personal guidance in real estate transactions, she naturally transitioned to real estate sales to help her loyal customers with all real estate transactions.  Advising and guiding from selling a home for the first time to finding ideal properties for investment, Phebe enjoys making her clients feel assured through all of their real estate transactions, and her clients show much gratitude for her dedication and effort.
